Software Developer & Builder from Austria. I build mobile apps, write about product ideas, AI, business, and the things I learn while building.

I started as a developer who wanted to ship things, not just write code. Over the years that turned into a focus on mobile products, small teams, and ideas that can grow from a prototype into something real.

Right now I am building SWIQ, a social video challenge app, together with Ilker Dogru. Before that came other experiments in sports and community products. The thread through all of it is the same: make something simple enough that people know what to do without a tutorial.

This site is where I write in public about that process. Apps, entrepreneurship, learning, and the messy parts in between.
